Prices
At MichaelSperanza Photography we reserve the right to alter prices without notice, although we will honour the session price valid at the time of booking.

Force Majeure
In the event of total photographic failure, for any reason, beyond the control of MichaelSperanza Photography (such as illness or injury), the limit of our liability shall be the total refund of all monies paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. You tell us what you want to spend and we'll let you have a voucher which covers it. Vouchers can be redeemed to cover all or any part of any of our services, and can also be used towards Cheeky Monkey Photography services.

You're based in Haslemere in Surrey. Do you travel?
Yes. We're happy to travel anywhere in the country or abroad subject to a travel fee of £0.50p per mile for the first 100 miles and at cost thereafter (including accommodation expenses if an overnight stay is required). The first 20 miles are free.

We'd like you to take photos of our children. What do we do?
Visit our sister site http://www.cheekymonkey-photography.co.uk and book your session there. That will help ensure that it is the Cheeky Monkey Photography pricing structure that's used.

Will you accept royalty free payments for stock images?
Yes, subject to agreeing a suitable fee depending on the nature of use and length of exclusivity. A full pricelist for stock images, both on a rights managed and a royalty free basis, will be available soon, but for now please contact us to discuss.

Does this website contain all your available images?
No. Unfortunately for the moment space doesn't permit. If you don't see an image you want here it is worth contacting us to discuss your requirements. Chances are we will have something to suit or you can always commission us to take specific images for you.

How do you supply artistic prints?
For now, simply as prints (unmounted). Canvas prints are provided stretched onto a 40mm thick wooden frame. We will soon be offering frames - keep an eye on the website from time to time for further details.

Our photos appear in an online gallery and our friends and relatives would like to purchase prints. Can you they approach you direct?
Absolutely. PDF order forms are available for downloading direct from all our online client galleries, be it from an event or a wedding, so all you need to do is to pass on the address of your personal homepage to your friends and family and let them follow the simple instructions on how to order.
